Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to NexGen CodeHub (“ Partnership Firm,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our web and mobile application services, including vehicle advertising, ad agency services, and the printing of boards and banners (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
- Vehicle Advertising: We offer advertising space on vehicles like Rickshaws etc.
- Ad Agency Services: We provide comprehensive ad agency services like Booking Hoardings, Boards on the bridges etc.
- Printing Services: We offer printing of boards, banners, and other advertising materials.
2.1 Conditions for Printing Shop
For Vehicle Orders:
- Orders with vehicles customer can see "Minimum Price" banner from all templates you added. Be prepared to place the material banner for such orders.
- It is mandatory to talk to the vehicle driver to confirm the order. You must also ensure the banner is pasted on the vehicle on the setup day(1 to 5 days) you specify.
- For vehicle orders, check the banner size carefully (vertical and horizontal). You are responsible for ensuring proper printing.
- In the future, more vehicle types like Tempos and ECO may be added.
For Other Orders:
- If the order includes delivery, it is your responsibility to deliver the board or banner as requested by the customer, no matter what. Place it exactly where the customer needs it.
- Delivery charges will be calculated based on the distance (radius) from your shop address.
- After accepting an order, immediately message the customer about the design:
- If the customer provides a design, use it.
- If not, you must create the design and can charge for it. The design payment will appear in the payment history.
- Always use a full iron frame for orders that include iron frames after discussing it with the customer.
Commission:
- A commission will be deducted from the order amount.
- We can change the commission rate at any time.
MOST IMPORTANT :
- Once you accept an order, you are mandated to complete it.
- Direct payments from customers are not allowed. If you accept direct payments, your account can be suspended.
- Payments for your services will first go to us. After deducting the commission for valid approved services, we will transfer the remaining amount to you within the timeframe set by us (You can see timeframe on our app).
- When you complete the work call the customer for approve work.
- After customer approved the work then you are eligible for receive the eligible payment i.e. Approved work orders only.
2.2. Conditions for Vehicle Driver or Owner
- You have to go where printing shop is situated after talking with printing shop manager.
- When you accept the order call the printing shop manager for confirm the order and ask when to come for paste ad on vehicle.
- After paste ad on vehicle make video call to customer and confirm that ad is pasted on vehicle properly.

3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- You have to approve work when you are satisfied with your giving ad.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees for Services are due and payable in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant order.
- Payments must be made using the payment methods we specify.
- In case of any damage or disruption caused by a natural disaster, we are not eligible for any payment for the affected order.
5. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your Services at any time by contacting our support team. However, our services non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our interests or other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Services are owned by or licensed to the Partnership Firm. You agree not to use any intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Partnership Firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Services;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Refund, Return, and Shipping Policy
1. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 30 Minutes of the purchase date and time. Refund will be made within 5 to 7 Working Days.
- Refunds will not be granted after 30 Minutes of the purchase date and time.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2. Return Policy
- Physical items (such as printed boards or banners) not be returned at any cost. However you can cancelled order within 30 minutes of order.
3. Shipping Policy
- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped when our Printing Shop partner contact you.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method or confirming order.
- Shipping costs for any order will not refundable at any cost.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund, Return, and Shipping Policy.
